F.G. Forde Knapp & Marshall developed from the firm of F.G. Forde & Co which was formed by the late Francis Gerard Forde in 1961.

Bernard Thomas Knapp joined in 1964 and took over the practice on Mr. Forde's death in 1966. F.G. Forde Knapp & Marshall has had extensive experience in most of the aspects of legal practice extending to matters in all Australian States together with a number of overseas countries.

F.G. Forde Knapp & Marshall has also had wide experience over many years in conveyancing (both commercial and residential) having acted for a range of private home buyers as well as developers including Hooker Homes and Kawana Estates.
